How will Maxwell benefit from this certification?

The Maxwell flagship BMS product line has been driving the efficiency, safety, and longevity of Lithium-ion batteries across the globe. ISO 9001:2015 certification will reaffirm ION Energy’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

"This is a big achievement for the entire team at ION. Ion Energy started this journey by preparing the roadmap covering minute details like the Auditing Agency Selection, Internal Training & Audits, Gap Analysis, Quality Policy & Manual Documentation, etc. The young and energetic team built the systems and processes from scratch to meet all the certification requirements. The company achieved this milestone with ZERO non-conformance after the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit by DQS India."

Prathap H, Quality Lead

"At ION, we're committed to building cutting-edge solutions of the highest quality and reliability. Our BMS solution plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of lithium-ion batteries, making quality a paramount priority. We've implemented a robust Quality Management System and are continuously innovating to meet global quality requirements. Getting accredited with ISO 9001 is a company-wide win with all teams contributing towards achieving this milestone! The team has already started working on the next milestone and is targeting to get IATF 16949 Certification by June 2022."
